Refund Policy

​We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Return Window

• You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

• Return items in original packaging.

• Normal handling/inspection is fine; we may deduct for excessive wear or missing parts.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• We refund the item price and applicable sales tax.

• Original shipping isn’t refunded unless the item was damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost (including shipping).

How to Start a Return

• Email info@coolstuf4u.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos for damage).

• We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale/clearance items and personalized items can’t be returned unless defective.
